The Tri County Fleetwood Red players were ready for action on Saturday May 31st  as they took on their first doubleheader. The picture perfect day started with a 10:00 a.m. game at Norchester Gray. Starting pitcher Connor "Wheels" Hermany took the mound and pitched a complete game with only 1 earned run of of one hit with 8 strikeouts. The Fleetwood bats worked the other side of the equation with our boys getting 15 runs off of 10 hits. Power hitting was the order of the day as Tom Hegedus and Jacob Rogers each had a triple, while Tyler Gilfert and Connor Hermany each contributed a double. We also drew 10 walks to keep the flow of Fleetwood players on base steady.

The next game was at Daniel Boone where Fleetwood came away with a 7-4 victory. Pitcher Jack Solivan earned the win with relief pitcher Tom Hegedus sealing the victory. Alec Boyle and Jack Solivan each hit doubles while the rest of the team combined for 11 more base hits!

On the fantasy side of the house, Fleetwood Fantasy White came away the big winner this week. Next week begins Monday as our Fleetwood Red team hosts Pottsgrove Maroon.
